Ocean
This amazing site streams live acoustics from hydrophones on the ocean floor around the world. I especially like the noises gathered through the University of Victoria’s Neptune project - even if it is diverted through government facilities to cover up any information regarding the Navy operations. To be surrounded by ocean, and to be reminded of the busy life of nature and man that moves on and within the water is fantastic. It is a pretty complicated website to navigate, but check it out.

Worry
Today, I realized what an anxious person I am. I can’t even say I have anything to be worried or concerned about. In fact, we received great news today. But it seemed like everything around me needed fussing over. This kind of nervous energy - completely opposite to the exhausted, moping or hyperactive, childlike roles that I can play - is difficult for P. to contend with because I think he makes him feel like he has to care for me; however, I wouldn’t describe myself as stressed or worried, I just twitch and feel bothersome.
